How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll review the situation on a case-by-case basis and work to find the best solution.
